Im Zuge unserer weiteren Expansion suchen wir an unserem Standort München einen:
**Accounts Payable Assistant Germany/ Switzerland (m/w/d)**

Das Finance Team ist Teil einer Shared Service Organisation, die 19 Standorte in Europa, dem Mittleren Osten, Russland und den Cayman Islands unterstützt. Das Team besteht aus 32 Mitarbeitern, die hauptsächlich in London, wo die Europäische Zentrale ansässig ist, arbeiten.

Das Kreditorenbuchhaltungsteam ist für die Zahlungsläufe und alle damit zusammenhängenden Vorarbeiten sowie die Abwicklung der Personalkosten verantwortlich. Als Accounts Payable Assistant (m/w/d) stellen Sie einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.

Zu den Aufgaben zählen
- Bearbeitung der Rechnungen für Deutschland und die Schweiz
- Überprüfung und gegebenfalls Korrektur der Kontierung
- Anlage von neuen Kreditoren
- Genehmigung der Personalkosten über unsere Concur-Plattform
- Wöchentlicher Zahlungslaufs mit unserer Buchhaltungssoftware Unit 4 Business World und unserer Online-Banking-Plattform
- Zuordnung aller Zahlungen über die Online-Banking-Plattform
- Monatliche Überprüfung der offenen Kreditorenlisten
- Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung von Dokumenten und Informationen für lokale Audits
- Unterstützung beim Testen und Implementieren neuer Systemverbesserungen innerhalb des Kreditorenbuchhaltungsteams

Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Absolute Genauigkeit und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende Excel
- und Word-Kenntnisse
