Your tasks:

- Accounts Payable Support
- Maintenance of supplier data
- Processing of supplier inquiries
- Invoice verification and assignment to the order or to the contract
- Postings and account assignments of incoming invoices
- Carrying out account clarification

What you bring:

- You are studying business administration or a comparable field of study
- You already have (initial) experience in the commercial sector and ideally in accounting
- You are a team player, responsible and enjoy working with numbers
- You show a good analytical, structured approach
- You show willingness to learn and commitment
- You have good MS Office skills, ideally Excel macro programming skills
- Fluent German and English skills at least B1

You also have:

- An independent, structured and conscientious way of working as well as a quick comprehension
- Motivation, teamwork and resilience
- The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes
- You are available around 20 hours per week
