At Seven Senders, our Customs Team focuses on leveraging the power of our cutting-edge customs solution to deliver unparalleled cost-effectiveness and a transparent supply chain process. Here, we pride ourselves on minimizing customs duties and ensuring our clients' customers never face extra costs or inconveniences. **The essence of your role**
- You will be part of exciting projects focused on last-mile delivery networks and customs clearance.
- You will develop and implement processes, systems and guidelines to ensure operational excellence and full compliance tailored to the needs of e-commerce merchants.
- You will work with internal stakeholders such as sales, key account management, and operations to continuously develop better solutions for our customers.
- This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week located in Berlin, where you can make a meaningful contribution to the world of e-commerce.

**Qualifications** This is what you need to succeed**
- You are currently enrolled in a German university program. You are looking for a part-time position (20 hours per week) for at least 6 months.
- Having an educational background or experience in logistics, is a plus.
- You want to learn logistics processes, implement your ideas, and improve processes.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German (minimum C1).
