To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for
Working Student Data Analyst (all genders).
What you'll do

• Support the Data Team in turning business requirements into actionable insights and analytical solutions.
• Assist with Tableau improvements and dashboard maintenance, ensuring data is accurate, clear, and useful.
• Explore and analyse data using tools like Python, SQL, and PySpark, and help track requirements across products and apps.
• Grow into broader analytics work, such as defining metrics, improving data processes, and generating insights that guide decisions.

What we're looking for

• You're currently enrolled in a German university (required).
• You're based in the Berlin / Brandenburg area and can travel to the office one or two days per week.
• You have strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and great attention to detail.
• You're comfortable working with data and digital tools, and eager to learn new technologies when needed.
• You're proactive, reliable, and learn best by doing — aware that good analytics is as much about execution and data quality as it is about insights.
• You have solid written and spoken English skills.
• You have a clear interest in data analysis and data-driven decision making, and see this role as a step toward your career in analytics or data science.
