Käfer betreibt auf dem hochmodernen Messegelände in München-Riem bei sämtlichen Kongress
- & Messeveranstaltungen gastronomische Einrichtungen mit verschiedenen kulinarischen Ausrichtungen. Dazu gehören drei Full-Service Restaurants, elf Imbisse und bedarfsgastronomische Einrichtungen. Zudem organisiert die Käfer Messegastronomie Standcaterings sowie Kongresse und Events im Internationalen Congress Centrum München (ICM).

**F&B Assistant (w/m/d) Messe Riem, München in Vollzeit**

**WORUM ES GEHT**:

- Tatkräftige Unterstützung der gastronomischen Leitung bei Planung, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der Messen und Events
- Begleitung der Veranstaltungen auf dem Messegelände
- Funktion als Ansprechpartner:in für Gäste, Teammitglieder und Dienstleister während der Events
- Assistenz bei der Abrechnung aller eingesetzten Kassen der gastronomischen Betriebe und korrekte Handhabung der Kassensysteme
- Selbstständige Mitarbeit an Projekten, z. B. zur Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Servicequalität

**WAS SIE MITBRINGEN**:

- Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie oder Veranstaltungsbranche
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamspirit
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten, auch in stressigen Situationen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Organisationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger EDV und Kassensystemen
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, insbesondere an Wochenenden
