**Your Role**

As our interim Head of People Business Partnering, you will be responsible for:

- Take the lead to further grow and develop our existing people strategies
- Driving the growth within the People Business Partnering team
- Mentoring, coaching and guiding the People Business Partners
- Ensuring useful and supportive collaboration with all our company functions in meeting business objectives
- Stakeholder management across the company
- Strategically oversee all people-related topics
- Identify key trends (engagement surveys and external data) and anticipate the impact on people, recommend solutions

**Your Experience**
- You have 5+ years of People Partnering experience and at least 2 in a leadership position;
- You communicate effortlessly in native/C2 English, good knowledge of German is highly beneficial;
- Solid understanding of German labor law regulations
- Experience with working with CultureAmp (surveys, engagement, performance)
- Experience in guiding the team on implementing new structures in topics such as performance management, learning & development, mental health and DE&I
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and enjoying taking ownership and driving results
- Experience in German employee relations matters
- Proven experience in operating at a strategic level, managing budgets, and guiding the business functions and the wider people teams.
- You address problems in a solution-oriented way and can prioritize day-to-day business parallel to long-term projects and needs.
- You are a patient and skillful mentor, able to support and develop experienced People team members.
