**CURE** enables people to easily and securely order their medicines online. With our **CURE App**, people can access a range of medications from their local pharmacies, which will be delivered to their door in minutes. We help pharmacies to scale their core business, optimize their digital customer experience and win new customers.

But we'll be more than that. Our goal is to become the Europe-wide one-stop-shop platform in the healthcare sector, where our patients can use various services via our platform: digital doctor appointments, long-term therapy, and convenient home delivery.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Head of People & Culture to build the people function that will enable CURE's future growth.

**Main responsibilities**
- Drive all People & Culture topics at CURE
- Design and implement HR company policies, guidelines, tools and processes
- Support our employees through the entire employee lifecycle
- Manage various people projects (e.g. employee engagement, performance) and work closely with management and team leads
- Shape our employer branding together with the Marketing team
- Work directly with our founders

**What you bring to the team**
- Previous experience as a Head of People & Culture, Senior HR Manager or Senior HR business partner, ideally in a scale-up or start-up
- Great relationship building skills; you have a track record of building trust and rapport with stakeholders
- You are a good listener and know how to adapt your approach and communication to different audiences and situations
- You are able to present your ideas in a clear and concise way
- You have a sound knowledge of German labor, tax and social security law
- You are empathic, a strong communicator and a team player
- You communicate confidently in German and English
