**Das wirst du machen**:

- Du erstellst mit unserem Kreativteam interaktive Lernformate wie WBTs, Microlearnings und baust kurze Videos und Animationen ein.
- Du setzt visuelle und didaktische Konzepte in Tools wie Articulate Storyline oder Rise um.
- Du bringst E-Learnings in Formate wie SCORM oder xAPI und testest sie in gängigen LMS-Systemen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Usability, Barrierefreiheit und technischer Performance.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Designerinnen, Texterinnen und Motion Artists zusammen.

**Das sollst du mitbringen**:

- Neugier und Begeisterung für digitales Lernen, Technologie und moderne Tools.
- Ein gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrungen mit E-Learning
- oder Webtools.
- Kenntnisse in Tools wie Articulate, und erste Erfahrungen mit Video - und Animationsprogrammen (z.B. Adobe CC)
- Interesse an AI/KI und XR/3D-Technologien (Blender, Unity, 3D Vista).
- Eigeninitiative, Verlässlichkeit und Lust auf Teamwork.
