Senior Compliance Officer - Marketing Material Location: Munich (Hybrid) Our client is looking for a Compliance Manager to support the implementation and oversight of global compliance initiatives, with a particular emphasis on policy governance, regulatory risk, marketing compliance, and the handling of confidential information. Key Responsibilities: Act as lead contact for compliance topics in your area of focus and collaborate with regional teams. Contribute to the development and refinement of global compliance frameworks, procedures, and controls. Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions and lead implementation of updates. Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal investigations as needed. Provide strategic compliance advice to internal stakeholders. Deliver employee training and promote awareness of compliance standards. Participate in executive-level discussions and produce regular compliance reporting. Oversee audits and coordinate responses to regulatory findings. Support compliance coordination efforts with a particular focus on Germany. Foster a strong, proactive compliance culture across the organisation. Candidate Profile: University degree, preferably in law. Minimum 3 years' experience in compliance, ideally in a global or cross-border environment. Familiarity with policy design, regulatory monitoring, and implementation of compliance programs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and German; other languages are an advantage. Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple priorities. High ethical standards and ability to operate effectively in a collaborative environment.
