**Ihre Kernaufgaben**:

- Prüfen, kontieren und buchen ausländischer und inländischer Kreditorenrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung von z. B. vertraglichen Konditionen und Einhaltung des Umsatzsteuergesetzes im Invoice Managementsystem (digitale Eingangsrechnung) für Deutschland
- Klärung von Preis
- und Mengendifferenz
- Neuanlage und Pflege der Lieferantenstammdaten
- Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und Saldenabstimmungen, OP-Liste / Reisekostenabrechnung
- Betreuung der im Abteilungsdurchlauf befindlichen Auszubildenden

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Kaufmännischen Bereich z. B. Industriekaufmann m/w/d
- Selbständige Abwicklung von interner und externer deutsch/englischer Korrespondenz
- Fremdleistungsabrechnungen z. B. Handwerker Leistungen, Wartungs
- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten etc.
- Mithilfe bei Abschlussarbeiten und externen Prüfungen
- Erfahrung in Anwendung von Tools, z. B. Oracle, Invoice Management, AS 400, CIS oder Noetix
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Word & Excel
