We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant / Kreditbuchhaltung Mitarbeiter (d/f/m) to join our team in Berlin_._

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Booking of incoming invoices in NetSuite (Oracle)
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Carrying out account reconciliations and posting controls (Kontenabstimmungen und Buchungskontrollen)
- Data maintenance
- Participation in payment runs
- Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of questions regarding invoices from suppliers
- Review and optimization of workflows and documentation
- Creation and monitoring of process instructions, documentation and guidelines
- Active involvement in projects such as process improvements

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Commercial education (kaufmännische Ausbildung) as well as further training (Weiterbildung) as a balance sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or comparable
- at least 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting
- very good accounting skills (HGB), knowledge of VAT law desirable
- experienced with ERP systems, experience in Oracle Netsuite a plus
- excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- very good knowledge of MS Excel
- independent, structured and self-reliant way of working
