**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Support culture of continuous improvement in quality and compliance activities through proactive communication, partnering and training in DACH and Nordics Commercial Unit
- Tracking of non-conformities, complaints and CAPA
- Tracking and trending of KPIs and regular reporting with improvement plans
- Support deployment of the Global SOPs and manage local QMS
- Providing training, education and guidance on Quality requirements to the BUs and 3PLs
- Responsible to self-assess or audit the Reckitt Quality Manual annually in order to ensure compliance and risks.
- Support in audit planning, audit performance and follow up of actions for internal, external, and third-party audits.
- Prepare technical agreements and support review.
- Support in quality projects and global deployments
- To be the first contact for 3PLs for any Quality or Supply Related topics
- Supporting day to day quality activities and issues

- Understanding of Regulatory, Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Distribution Practice and ISO requirements

**Education and professional experience**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality compliance function

**Software skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault is considered as a plus

**Language skills**:

- Both English and German fluently (minimum C1 proficiency)
