About the roleHealth Professional (HCP) marketing is a critical part of the Reckitt strategy in order to achieve our purpose and ambition in Self Care. The Health Professional Marketing team designs and implements strong strategies and relevant content to win with Healthcare Professionals (HCP) across a range of communication channels. The Team uses patient & HCP insights, innovations, claims, scientific evidence, Go-To-Market (GTM) roadmaps and toolkits to achieve their objectives and measures success against Key Performance Indicators.
As Professional Marketing Lead supporting the DACH business, you will be a key business partner to the commercial teams, particularly the OTC Marketing and Sales functions.
Working in strong collaboration with the global and local regulatory and legal teams, Global Brand Teams but also the Global Professional Marketing Teams you will lead the development of local HCP engagement strategies aligned to the defined success model and category strategies. Through global toolkits, the latest evidence and local HCP and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insights you will lead the adaptation and transcreation of HCP and patient communication materials and their delivery to HCP using a locally relevant multi-channel approach which include face to face, digital and print content.

The combination of scientific knowledge, commercial and patient understanding and a collaborative management style makes the Professional Marketing Lead also the key representer of Reckitt, its science and its product towards KOLs and other external
Stakeholders as well as the detailing force executing face to face communication with HCPs.
In summary, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating an inspiring local HCP strategy and vision across multiple OTC categories based on HCP insights, healthcare ecosystem dynamics and experience whilst gaining commitment of senior leaders to approach
- Leading, motivating and coaching the Professional Marketing team to deliver against the local HCP strategy in strong partnership with consumer, trade, regulatory and legal teams
- Work closely with Global Professional Marketing to inform development of global HCP toolkits and then ensure adaption to the local HCP context in a regulatory compliant way
- Forge and maintain meaningful long-term relationships with KOLs, Professional Societies, Agency partners and HCP communication platform providers to deliver Reckitt educational and Brand promotional content against HCP strategy, brand objectives and budgets.
- Represent Reckitt and its Brands professionally at scientific meetings, conferences and events to further our HCP equity
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing. Regulatory and Brand teams to ensure tactical execution and alignment.
- Ensure ongoing training needs of detailing teams are met in the context of their detailing role and representatives of Reckitt,
category and brand knowledge and specific brand detailing materials for use in calls
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and scientific standards.
EDUCATION
Must Haves
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences
- Strong track record and experience needed in the field of HCP communication and influence relevant to self-care and OTC medicines
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem within Germany
Nice to Haves
- Preferably PhD
- Experience presenting or representing the company at scientific conference and with external KOLs
- Additional experience in sales or detailing roles (e.g., Medical Representative, Key Account Manager or Sales Manager) is a plus.
- Demonstrated agility in managing a brand amidst competitive and complex environments.
- A robust track record in Marketing, with a shining portfolio of successes in both Marketing and Sales functions.
- An ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action, backed by a sharp commercial mindset.
- Insightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends, with an emphasis on a global perspective.
Excellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease.
German Fluent (Native)
