Playing a crucial role in in Reckitt DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) Finance organization supporting the Commercial leaders as a strategic business partner in delivering profitable financial growth while providing a full spectrum of financial control and financial support to the brands/categories. You’ll:

- Prepare timely and accurate category plans, forecasts, outlooks and strategic views.
- Support and analysis of sales budgets and advising the sales teams in yearls customer negotiations.
- Provide market analysis to understand and explain significant category performance variations from historical or expected results.
- Ensure a seat at the decision table and provide high caliber respected advice / information for all strategic business initiatives.
- Support and challenge (if necessary) category assumptions in analysing and implementing business growth opportunities.
- Own and understand all aspects of the Commercial P&L, act as liaison between category management and Supply Finance.
- Last but not least - maintain positive and proactive interaction with category management to ensure ongoing, effective two-way working relationships for exchange of quality financial information.

**You’ll succeed because**

you graduated sucessfully in business adminstration (major in Finance) and you have minimum 5 years’ working experience in Finance Controlling - preferably in a fast moving FMCG environment Industry or/and Branded Consumer Goods companies. You:

- Are an expert in relavant tools and systems, like MS Excel and SAP, with strong analytical skills as well as commerical understanding.
- Thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines.
- Have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot trends and anomalies others miss.
- Have the willingness to question established processes & standards in order to achieve improvements - with team effort.
- Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, able to influence others using facts and data with great English skills (German is a plus).
