Team Lead Financial Controlling

**Introduction Sentence**:
Our financial controlling team is looking for a reliable, smart and ambitious team player to lead their team and drive it forward. You will be significantly and decisively responsible for flaconi’s financial reporting, planning and forecasting, while constantly improving our status quo. Moreover, you are in charge of improving our internal financial controlling process by making it more visible, transparent and understandable throughout the whole company.

**What you can expect in this role**:

- You lead, empower and further develop our ambitious Financial Controlling Team
- You are responsible for the company's financial reporting, planning & forecasting (incl. P&L, CF, BS)
- Moreover, you manage the monthly and annual closing process from a Controlling perspective to meet challenging deadlines
- Additionally, you foster continuous improvement of our reporting & planning processes by designing blueprints and driving their implementation
- By running insightful analyses on business unit and cost center level, you strengthen transparency & controllability and thereby enable better financial results
- You review the tool landscape as well as the reporting setup (cost center structure, P&L structure, etc.) and proactively make suggestions for improvement

**Your essential experience and education**:

- Multiple years of relevant work experience, ideally in a highly dynamic environment
- A highly analytical mindset and profound know-how in financial reporting, ideally in e-commerce
- Experience in team leadership and project management
- You are a motivating and supporting team leader with very good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and any of the most common reporting tools, ideally first touchpoints with Tagetik and TM1
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
