As a Team Lead in Financial Planning and Analysis you will lead a central planning team which designs, improves and orchestrates all planning and forecasting activities within the Business Finance Organisation across the Zalando Group. This position demands strong analytical skills, capabilities on process excellence and collaboration and a passion to continuously improve the way Zalando works. This is a high-impact role that will have direct influence on the day-to-day rhythm of Zalando's core consumer business and ensure its continued success.

- You'll lead the financial planning and forecasting together with internal stakeholders across the organization to inform and strengthen top management decisions by providing a high degree of financial transparency and insights.
- You'll craft executive summaries, business reviews and cross-level planning meetings with timely and accurate analyses.
- You'll help to manage financial risk, raise flags when you expect deviations to plan and provide improvement suggestions.
- You are one of the key partners in managing, transforming and improving the financial planning processes and setting up an industry leading financial forecast process that manages complexity while delivering strong forecast accuracy.
- You will lead and grow a small team of analysts, provide guidance for their work and contribute to their development.

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You have at least seven years of professional experience in an analytical environment like Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling, Finance or Business Development.
- You come with excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures and the ability to get into the details while also seeing and understanding the big picture. You are an expert in MS Excel/ Google Sheets.
- You've gained professional experience in a fast-paced environment and mastered complex, unstructured tasks with a strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to organise.
- You are always focused on driving impact and taking colleagues on your journey. You set purpose first, ego second.
- You can communicate in a clear, fact-based and convincing way with different seniority levels and use your strong stakeholder management skills to engage with internal counterparts.
