Now we are looking for an **Office Administrator** for our office in Berlin, Germany.
**Job Description**:
**Your tasks will include**:
- Manage vendor, service provider, and landlord relationships for timely payments and invoicing
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and leases with office vendors and service providers
- Provide support to relocating employees and handle inquiries and complaints
- Manage office operations, including equipment acquisition, layout organization, and systems management
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage the office budget, analyze variances, and make necessary corrections
- Monitor office access system and handle mail, shipping, supplies, bills, and errands
- Review and analyze special projects, keeping management informed
- Support HR department with newcomers and coordinate with IT department for equipment needs
**Qualifications**:
**What we expect from you**:
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in HR or an economic field
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and take a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
