**Your profile**:
You’ll be in the People department, working with me (People Team Lead) on many different topics, starting from recruiting (sourcing profiles, conducting interviews) to more strategic topics like helping in implementation of Performance Management, Employee Engagement platform, actively shaping company culture, defining and establishing efficient structures and processes in the People department and beyond. You’ll also hopefully help with setting up and running social events like Karaoke and Mario Kart tournaments.

The role will be a bit of everything, startup style. You’ll get the chance to be exposed to a few different things from putting together events, interviewing, building processes to pulling reports and analysing data and making recommendations.

**Your Responsibilities**
- You take care of the entire hiring process for your positions and will be responsible for the selection of applicants, coordination of appointments, conducting first interviews and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Support in crafting a communication strategy for the rollout of performance management for the company
- Analyse engagement survey results to uncover insights and share with the wider team
- Drive and execute on company culture - help come up with and organise events, establish rituals and ways of working, think of ways of how we can make ARIVE a great place to work
- Help with administrative HR tasks of gathering and filing notes and various documents

**Your Profile**
- You’re motivated, you’re keen, you’re willing to learn. You’re excited to join a startup and take the first (or second or third) steps in your professional career
- You’re ideally finishing up your bachelor or master’s studies and would be keen to convert to full-time after the internship
- Or you’re actively studying and will be able to stay on as a working student for 6+ months, ideally a year
- You’re generally good with people and you’re not afraid to interact and ask questions. This job will require constant communication with the team and stakeholders
- Any experience in Talent Acquisition or HR would be awesome but is not needed. Motivation and drive are much more important :)
- You should be fluent in English
