Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Erasmus+ Intern to join us in Berlin. If you’re passionate, committed, and eager to be at the center of recruitment, this is for you
**What will you be doing?**:

- Supporting both outbound & inbound recruitment strategies alongside management.
- Managing interview scheduling and logistics with Project & Client Managers.
- Learning from an experienced team and contributing to Avomind’s growth.

- You’re currently studying or about to graduate and looking for an exciting internship.
- You have strong communication skills and an open-minded personality.
- You thrive in goal-oriented environments and love achieving results.
- You enjoy building relationships and expanding your professional network.
- You’re fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Previous experience in recruitment, people-focused roles, or project coordination is a bonus.
