As the leader of our Sales Operations team, your role is crucial in driving efficiency in our customer journeys through smart and smooth processes and solutions. With your project management skills and technical know-how, you'll guide a specialized team to improve our sales tools and workflows. You will be given ownership of various sales operations fields incl. performance tracking, tool landscape development, and process optimization.

**Your Role in a Team**:
**Leadership**: Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of 2 sales operations specialists. Ensure they are focused, motivated, and performing at their peak.

**Performance Planning**:

- Coordinate with sales leadership to set performance goals and targets for the sales team.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.

**Tracking Performance**:

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales operations.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.

**Hiring Plans**:

- Develop and oversee the execution of hiring plans at the operational level, ensuring they are well-structured and easily actionable by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to align hiring plans with organizational needs, enabling effective workforce planning and resource allocation.

**Cross-functional collaboration**:

- Steer our lead nurturing squad together with marketing operations to ensure the best lead management and conversion along the entire lead customer journey
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with stakeholders from various departments

**Sales Product Platform**:

- Define and develop our sales platform to meet state-of-the-art standards and enable our sales teams to work smartly and efficiently reaching our ambitious goals

**Commission Models**:

- Design, implement, and manage competitive commission models to motivate and reward the sales team.
- Ensure transparent and accurate commission tracking and reporting.

**Compliance Monitoring**:

- Ensure sales operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks

**What You Need to be Successful**:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, with a history of leading teams and overseeing intricate sales projects.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient with tools such as Dialfire or Salesforce and the agility to adapt to new tools swiftly.
- Project Management: Superior project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects at once and ensuring punctual completion.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled in analyzing detailed data, extracting insights, and making decisions rooted in data to improve our sales operations.
- Communication: Outstanding communication skills, adept at explaining complex operational concepts and outcomes to a varied audience.
- Teamwork: Emphasizes collective success over individual milestones, and nurtures a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English; proficiency in German is a plus
