**What you'll do**
- **CRM Implementation**. You have the opportunity to own the topic of CRM at ctrl QS, you drive the end-to-end implementation of our CRM HubSpot (Sales Hub) and support with the setup and implementation of a CRM strategy at ctrl QS with a focus on sales, networking and client success.
- **CRM Administration and Setup. **As the primary administrator of HubSpot CRM, you create and improve sales workflows and design optimal lead management and routing processes of the sales pipeline. You develop a lead scoring methodology and define areas of process integration required across the business.
- **Enablement and Adaption**. You collaborate with other business units to ensure CRM processes are integrated. You enable our team to use CRM in their day-to-day work and build internal documentation and training for administration and role-based guidance.
- **Sales** **Operations**. You handle all day-to-day functions, including user account maintenance, configuration, permissions and other routine tasks. You find solutions to improve and automate inefficiencies in business processes in sales operations and support the business development team with ad-hoc dashboards and reporting to increase sales productivity and operational efficiency.
**What you can offer**
- You have gained 4-5 years of working experience with HubSpot or Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Hubs) including significant experience in sales operations in B2B service (agency or consultancy preferred).
- You are experienced in CRM implementation, dashboard creation, and data management.
- You are independent and structured with a strong passion for CRM and enabling people to work with it.
- You are an excellent communicator, collaborator, and networker with strong analytical skills and a proactive, impact-driven mindset.
