**Sales Operations Lead**:
As the Sales Operations Lead, you will work directly with our CEO to take responsibility for the entire sales processes of our fast-growing company and the associated demands on our sales infrastructure and our sales staff. You will ensure that the necessary processes, data, and resources are in place to identify growth potential, derive the necessary measures, and communicate them to the team to achieve our ambitious (sales) targets.

In addition to analytical and strategic thinking, it is particularly important to us that you are a team player, enjoy working with colleagues and developing sales staff, and can translate strategies and goals into a practical roadmap.

Aufgaben
- (Further) development of a sustainable sales strategy that will carry the company through the upcoming scaling phase
- Data-based analysis of existing sales processes and identification of optimization potentials
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales processes and increase efficiency
- Creation of documentation and reports for the founding team
- Individual support and advice for sales employees through regular feedback meetings
- Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to improve the sales strategy
- Optimization of sales infrastructure (regular analysis of tools & software)

Qualifikation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent academic performance
- Min. 3 years of experience in Sales Ops / Revenue Ops in scaling startups (ideally B2B SaaS)
- Routine in working with and promoting sales employees (e.g. technical leadership within a performance-oriented sales organization)
- Practical experience in working with CRM systems and other tools
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
- Independent working style and high self-motivation hands-on mentality & enjoy working in a growing company
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy constant direct contact with people
- Flexibility, perseverance and speed, even in high-pressure situations
- Fluency in English (at least C1) is required, German is a plus
