- Position Overview
- For the support of our department EMEA RFP team in Frankfurt/Munich we are looking for a Sales Analyst / Request for Proposal (RFP) Coordinator (M/F/d)
- Major responsibilities:

- Contribution to the maintenance of the RFP database
- Preparation of pricing and profitability calculations as well as completion of fee proposals
- Collaboration with team members locally and globally, ensuring consistency in procedures and controls
- Contribution of ideas and creative solutions related to continuous improvement projects
- Building strong working relationships with Sales and Client Management teams, product managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure proposal input is accurate, persuasive and timely
- Developing an understanding of State Street’s products, strategies, structure, and unique selling points
- Education, Experience and Skills:

- Successfully completed degree in economics, finance or sales and/or comparable education
- Experience in a sales support and/or RFP role within the financial services industry
- Good knowledge and understanding of the custody and/or fund management industry
- Project management experience and ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in German and English is essential, other European language skills beneficial
- Well-motivated with a hands-on mentality, good analytical capabilities and a diligent work attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Professional demeanour and ability to interact with clients, management and peers
