- Job description**Sales & Service facilitation team**:
**The role**:
The sales facilitation role delivers instructor led and virtual classroom training to our clients across the Sales and Service portfolio as well as sales performance improvement products, services and delivery platforms.

**Key facilitator responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the internal and client stakeholders to prepare for delivery of virtual training events covering factors such as set up of virtual platforms, timings, materials, and virtual producers
- Attend pre-session briefings with the virtual producer to agree roles to ensure a seamless and high-quality learning experience for participants
- Collaborate with the internal and client stakeholders to prepare for delivery of face-to-face training events covering factors such as set up requirements, timings, materials
- Attend pre-session briefings with the clients and internal stakeholders to understand the client as well, as agree on agree roles to ensure a seamless and high-quality learning experience for participants
- Link business issues to personal on-the-job experiences to underpin behavioural change
- Manage group dynamics, and the learning environment, to direct the flow of discussions towards learning objectives
- Deliver virtual events on a range of virtual platforms including Zoom, Adobe Connect, MS Teams, and Webex Training
- Provide feedback on programme delivery to inform continuous improvement of our learning products

**Sales Facilitator Specific**:

- Understand our sales delivery platform, KF Sell, and become an SME for clients
- Partner with Sales Management and high performing sellers to uncover client/business needs & design solutions to address these needs
- Map sales training content to the buyer journey and provide solutions for identified gaps
- Work with content owners to manage and maintain the sales content repository and the Enablement platform (KF Sell)
- Effectively communicate content strategy to key stakeholders and the wider sales teams on a regular basis through various mediums
- Facilitate and deliver relevant and high-quality focus sales solutions and training initiatives as required

**Person Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in sales enablement, sales coordination, or marketing/ consulting and or sales program delivery
- Desirable - comfort with technology platforms / saas solutions
- Passionate about developing others and seeing them succeed
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of sales methodologies and enablement strategies
- Strong facilitation skills; demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, engage others, promote participation, encourage critical thinking through effective questioning and creating a safe environment for learners.
- A natural communicator, able to get people on the same page and influence them to get make things happen. Has confidence and is credible at all levels.
- A constant and adaptive learner - curious and creative, thrives on challenge and thinking on their feet, embraces new opportunities
- Strong customer-focus coupled with a track record of translating customer needs into successful sales program messages
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
