**Company Description**:
We are looking for an **Intern - Talent Acquisition (f/m/x)**to join our Country Operations Team, that is responsible for talent management and talent development in the local and international markets, as well as shaping the organizational culture, driving headcount effectiveness and company growth in our AUTO1 Group People Department. In this department we shape the way we work and help our team grow. The People colleagues are important partners for the various business units and act as consultants and service providers, actively shaping the culture and future of our company.

**Your new Role**:

- Be part of our international Talent Acquisition Team and work on recruitment projects to find the best talents for the AUTO1 Group
- Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs by building long-lasting relationships with internal and external partners
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for our various departments
- Assist with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and projects, and support the organization of Early Career Program events for the AUTO1 Group.
- Bring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trends

**Your Skills**:

- You are a student with a strong academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Project Management or in another relevant field
- Excellent organizational skills paired with good knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a curious & problem-solving mindset
- You speak English fluently and German is a great plus
- Possess great communication skills, the ability to take ownership of projects, and quickly learn new areas
- First experience in fast paced, start-up environment, an affinity for entrepreneurship is an advantage
