**About the Internship**

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in Finland. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to dive into the world of recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding while working alongside experienced Talent Acquisition Partners and Leads. Your contributions will play a crucial role in identifying exceptional talent and enhancing the hiring process at Wolt.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Talent Sourcing**:Assist in identifying and sourcing top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools.
- ** Job Posting**:Support the team by creating and managing job advertisements on different platforms, ensuring visibility and engagement.
- ** Employer Branding**: Collaborate on employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment events.
- ** Market Research**:Conduct research on industry hiring trends and talent market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
- ** Data Analysis**:Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.

- ** Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- ** Adaptability**:Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities when needed.
- ** Analytical Thinking**:Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
