There’s no need to shock you with the exact figures, but as you are probably aware, carbon emissions are a big problem. Unfortunately, heating our homes is one of the greatest contributors to those carbon emissions. What you probably don’t know, is that by switching to better heating solutions, we could cut heating-related emissions by up to 80%. That’s where we come in.
Tasks
We are looking for a new Head of Installation Operations, who has the experience and ambition to manage five regional hubs across Germany. Supported by a team of seasoned Installation Managers, your main task will be to ensure that installation goals are met on a monthly basis.
However, as Head of Installation Operations, we are sure that your day-to-day work will often vary, while always remaining interesting. However, there are some tasks that we are certain will pop up more often than not. From our office in Munich, these tasks will include:

- Taking responsibility for the management, coordination, and successful installation of our customer’s heat pumps, by directing our Installation Management teams
- Ensuring heat pump installations are completed on time, and if unforeseen circumstances arise, taking control of the situation to ensure happy customers
- Being in close contact with manufacturers, wholesalers, subcontractors, and Installation Teams regarding heat pump installation challenges and developments
- Resolving installation-related topics by work closely and in a coordinated manner with our other departments, namely Installations, Sales, Operations, and Finance

**Requirements**:
Rockstar. Maverick. Genius. We think these words are overused, and don’t expect you to be any of them. However, we are looking for someone who ticks some of the following boxes, but remember, not necessarily all:

- You have experience working with companies and teams within the field of SHK or a similar industry, while also having a Meister and experience installing heat pumps
- You are structured and have strong organisational competencies, proven by your experience managing teams to solve problems togethern quickly
- You are interested in developing new processes, and are comfortable with a high degree of autonomy to deliver your best results together with your team
- You are fluent in German, so that you can interact with our Installation Managers and Teams, and have a good grasp of English to interact with the core team
