- Both count. Both are us.**Executive Assistant to Group Director R&D Heat Pumps**:

- WHAT YOU WILL DO- In your role as Executive Assistant to Group Director R&D Heat Pumps, you act as consultant and project manager, and you are responsible for actively supporting the Head of Development of the Vaillant Group
- You will take over the management of international, organizational projects to improve the development of tools, processes, and standards
- You actively contribute to the independent identification and development of e.g. the functional strategy for the management and coordinate it with all relevant stakeholders
- The preparation of presentations and the support of the development manager in day-to-day business as well as the preparation of relevant management reports are also part of your tasks
- You can make targeted use of your specialist skills in supporting and moderating communication processes between the various R&D locations and functions
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- Through your successfully completed master's degree in the field of engineering you have the necessary tools of the trade
- You have several years of professional experience working in the field of R&D, preferably in HVAC or Automotive
- Your very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel), and your distinctive, analytical abilities help you in your daily business
- Due to your business fluent English and German and your open and trustworthy personality you communicate confidently on all levels
- Analytical skills, organizational talent, and a meticulous way of working round off your profile
