I am currently partnering with a Clean-Tech company who are responsible for manufacturing industrial high temperature heat pumps from MWth.

They are currently looking for an experienced Development engineer to help with design and optimisation of their leading compressors product range for industrial applications. You will report to the VP of engineering and help with growth as well as design strategy for the European growth planned for 2026.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process engineering or similar technical field
  • Experience in the energy, process or hydraulics industry for heat pump systems
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Experienced in thermodynamic calculations/simulations for heat pumps
