- WAS SIE MACHEN WERDEN- Als Assistenz (m/w/d) der Leitung für den Bereich Group R&D Heat Pump sind Sie für die Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Informationen der fachspezifischen Unterlagen verantwortlich
- Ihre Aufgabe ist die Sicherstellung eines effizienten Zeitmanagements, die Koordination von Terminen sowie die Vorbereitung von notwendigen Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Sie erfassen die Geschäftsvorgänge, erstellen Präsentationen gemäß vorhergehender Abstimmung und erteilen Auskünften an interne und externe Stellen
- Die Organisation und Abrechnung von Reisen, Events und Terminkoordination liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung
- Das Zusammenstellen von Statistiken sowie die tägliche Arbeit mit abteilungsüblichen Kommunikationsmitteln gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben
- WAS SIE MITBRINGEN- Durch Ihre erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation haben Sie das benötigte Handwerkszeug
- Sie können auf bereits gesammelte Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion zurückgreifen
- Ihre sehr guten MS Office Kenntnisse helfen Ihnen in Ihrem Tagesgeschäft
- Durch Ihr sehr gutes Englisch und Ihre offene und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit kommunizieren Sie sicher auf allen Ebenen
- Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
