We are currently looking for an
**Head of Residential Storage EMEA**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and manage the company's new residential storage business and organization.
- Define product scope, long-term plan, execution of strategies, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Define accurate sales objectives and manage the Residential Storage EMEA team.
- Full P&L responsibilities for residential storage business EMEA region.
- Follow up front sales proposals and negotiations of commercial transactions with the customers across the region and review contracts with internal legal and support teams.
- Take advantage of synergies and collaborate closely with the distribution team and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively seek out new opportunities / collaborations for projects and residential storage business
- Ensure effective reporting of all activities to the Regional Director on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
- Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trend.
- Staying up to date with battery storage and energy market trends, as well as competitor developments to cultivate informed strategy and business decisions
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience within a similar role in the storage business commercial industry
- Strong knowledge of international business environment, operations and practices
- Experience in setting up and managing international teams
- Well-established network of relationships amongst the stakeholders in the Storage industry
- Proactive, straight forward, results-oriented, hard worker and passionate for new challenges
- Willingness to travel within EMEA
**Languages**:
Fluent English language skills. German skills are a plus, any other language skills is an advantage.
