We are looking for an exceptional

Salesforce Administrator (w/m/d)

**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is an expert on most modules including Sales-, Marketing-, Service-Cloud, CPQ and Analytics module within the Salesforce ecosystem.

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll manage our Salesforce implementation, lead configuration and process changes, and actively engage with stakeholders to shape the road map. You will collaborate with and oversee the output of external agencies, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives. Your close collaboration with internal teams will optimize Salesforce utilization and effectiveness throughout the organization.

**What you'll do**:

- manage the Salesforce the Salesforce implementation process at Everphone,
- implement Salesforce configuration changes,
- ensure the quality of both Salesforce data and processes,
- create pipelines, processes, setting up dashboards, etc,
- participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to CRM and business operations,
- contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and techniques by bringing in your own ideas,

**What you’ll need**:

- proven track record in Salesforce Administration, experience with CPQ, Einstein, Tableau CRM,
- experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flows, Page layouts, Custom settings, Dashboards and reports.

Project management experience,
- enthusiasm for new technologies and a high level of commitment,
- excellent English language, German is a big plus,
- first experience in Salesforce programming (JS and Apex),
