As a certified professional with at least 5 years of experience in this field, you will collaborate closely with the Salesforce team to develop intuitive, customer-centric solutions that support our environmental mission. Your role will be crucial in optimizing and **managing our Salesforce platform**, **ensuring seamless integration**, **high performance**, and **broad user adoption**.

**And recognise yourself here**:

- Having proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, (and ERP solutions or other), including integration and automation.
- Experienced in managing complex Salesforce projects, from planning to execution.
- Skilled in Salesforce configurations, flows, and third-party integrations.
- Capable of analyzing data to optimize systems and inform business decisions.
- Adept at resolving technical issues for reliable system performance.
- An effective communicator who collaborates across all organizational levels.
