As Salesforce Administrator, you are vital for the success of McMakler. You are helping our brokers to have the best possible tool for organizing, managing and selling their properties.

**What we expect**
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator in a mid/senior level capacity.
- ** Proficiency**: Extensive knowledge in Salesforce Flows and automation tools.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce permission models, including user profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
- Demonstrated capability to configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- ** Data Management**: Familiarity with best practices and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- ** Interpersonal skills**: excellent communication to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferably Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Advanced Salesforce Certified Administrator), though not mandatory.
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform App Builder will be viewed favorably.
