Your future contribution
HomeToGo is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team of Admins, Engineers, and Product Managers. You'll play a key role in scaling our Salesforce platform, optimizing workflows, and integrating newly acquired brands into HomeToGo's ecosystem. We're looking for a fast learner who values user empathy and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

How You'll Add Value

• Lead decisions on Salesforce operational planning, architecture and execution
• Implement complex solutions by maintaining high quality standards driven by your expertise
• Act as the go-to Salesforce expert—providing end-user support, training, and technical guidance, while resolving complex issues and driving adoption across teams.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot advanced technical issues, ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Continuously monitor and enhance system performance, scalability, and integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Admins to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Lead efforts to refine and optimize support processes, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and high-priority tickets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

You'll be successful in this role if you

• Have 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, including Sales and Service Cloud
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Custom Objects
• Bring practical experience with Apex development (LWC/Aura is a strong plus)
• Are experienced in working within agile teams, collaborating efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Have hands-on experience with MuleSoft (a strong plus)
• Possess excellent communication skills, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, to translate requirements into actionable solutions
• Are fluent in English
• Are comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g. Jira to manage tasks and support requests
