Tasks
Your Tasks
**As a Founder's Associate, you'll have the opportunity to**:
- Assist the founders with day-to-day operations and special projects
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Help prepare presentations and reports for investors and stakeholders
- Support strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives
- Participate in product development discussions and provide user feedback
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated intern or working student (M/F/d) to join us as a Founder's Associate. You're an excellent fit if you have:
- Current enrollment at a top university in business, computer science, or a related field (or recent graduation)
- A strong academic background with relevant experience (e.g., internships in consulting, investment banking, or tech startups)
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and the startup ecosystem
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems or B2B SaaS products (advantageous)
