Tasks We are a young company (apistemic[.]com) founded by repeat entrepreneurs who’ve built startups, VC funds, launched many data-driven products, and funded and supported over 20 early-stage companies across Europe. Now we’re building the foundational data layer for the agentic AI age. As a Founder’s Associate focused on Go-to-Market, you’ll work at the frontlines of distribution, outreach, and monetization. Your mission: help turn our existing products into real traction by identifying ideal users, engaging them, and testing what converts. From Day 1, you will: Identify and help evaluating new market opportunities for data products Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles across segments (startups, scaleups, SMEs) Run structured outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to test messaging and value props Launch growth and marketing initiatives to reach potential users Collaborate with founders to prioritize sales learnings into product feedback The ideal outcome of your internship: we close new customers and find a scalable GTM playbook for the revenue stream you own. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role. If the fit is strong, a follow-up full-time offer is possible. Our products: markets.apistemic[.]com — a market intelligence API for discovering competitors, lookalikes, and acquisition targets. AI agent for real estate investors (stealth). Requirements You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in sales, business development, growth, marketing, or customer research is a plus Strong written communication skills: you enjoy crafting crisp, persuasive messages and outbound copy Confident engaging with prospects and users, even in cold outreach settings Structured and analytical thinker: you can track what works and iterate quickly Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, and outcome-driven Fluent in English and German Benefits Extreme learning curve through direct collaboration with the founding team. It is an ideal preparation for aspiring founders, go-to-market leaders, or early-stage commercial operators Exposure to frontier topics like agentic systems, LLMs, embeddings, and structured data infrastructure Build a strong portfolio of real deliverables: from ICP definitions and campaign reports to outbound workflows and customer insights Ongoing support after the internship with references, warm intros, and career guidance: past interns have gone on to roles at Anthropic, Lakera AI, Speedinvest, Earlybird, Redalpine, and more Possibility of a follow-up offer as a working student or full-time team member, depending on fit Remote-first and async-friendly setup — work from anywhere, with full ownership and flexibility.
