Then join TeamViewer’s student community with over 130 ambitious students to learn, make an impact, and skyrocket your career - Assist the Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Help analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of actionable insights. Create awareness of processes and assist in our continuous improvement. - Leverage your analytics skills and assist in preparing customer success reports, presentations, and documentation to track performance metrics. - Participate in team meetings, contributing creative ideas and solutions to improve the customer experience. - We help you familiarize yourself with CRM, BI tools and more. **Requirements**: - Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Fluency in English; additional languages e.g. German are a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. **What we offer** - Contract location would be Goeppingen, Germany - Make an impact Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
