**About Us**: Pedivan Sustainable Delivery Limited is a forward-thinking, zero-emissions logistics company committed to ethical and environmentally responsible practices. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sustainable Delivery Rider.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a large e-cargo bike (Urban Arrow XL and Three-wheelers) with training provided.
- Navigate Berlin streets with expertise and professionalism and carry out assigned tasks.

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous experience in riding a cargo bike (beneficial but not essential).
- Basic understanding of bike maintenance and ability to perform basic repairs.
- Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of German is not a necessity, but is a plus.
- Perform under pressure with reliability and punctuality.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Uphold a high level of customer service.

**Skills that will give you an edge**:

- Proficiency with advanced bike repairs
- Flexibility to work additional hours, including evenings, **but mainly** **weekends**, with respective time off given during the usual work week.

**What We Offer**:

- Guaranteed hourly salary of €12.45 netto, with no exceptions, plus a bonus scheme.
