As a certified professional with at least three years of experience in this field, you will collaborate closely with the Salesforce team to develop intuitive, customer-centric solutions that support our environmental mission. Your role will be crucial in optimizing and managing our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and broad user adoption.

- Building scalable and lean solutions with declarative tools like Flow Builder
- Conducting technical reviews and cleaning up our Salesforce platform
- Handling errors on Salesforce without using code
- Documenting technical implementations
- Supporting product development
- Developing solutions and supporting your team's understanding to drive continuous improvement
- Driving change and innovating alongside us to reach our carbon-neutrality goals

**And recognise yourself here**:

- Proficient with Flow Builder, Dataloader, Report Builder, and SOQL or similar query languages
- Someone with experience in Salesforce administration applied in a commercial setting
- Experienced with ISV (independent software vendor) solutions (nice to have)
- Having great English communication and presentation skills (German is advantageous but not a requirement)
- Continuously looking to develop yourself and others
- Autonomous and self-driven
