We are seeking a highly motivated **(Junior) Salesforce Administrator (f/m/x)** who will take full ownership of our support requests and proactively streamline the entire process to drive operational excellence.
**What is the role about?**
- Help streamline the support process and educate our users
- Be the first point of contact for Salesforce related support requests and requested improvements, then distribute tasks accordingly
- Function as a link between end-users and the Salesforce product team, and work closely with the product owner and software engineers
- Follow and understand Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
**What will you need to be successful?**
- You have at least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience, including proficiency in modifying standard objects and fields, creating custom objects and fields, and utilizing Salesforce configuration tools such as flow builders.
- You are familiar with different tools, such as CTI (eg. Twilio), Task Automation (eg. Zapier), Forms and survey builder (eg. Typeform)
- You have hands-on experience in implementing Sales, Service and Experience Cloud on the Salesforce Platform
- You like to stay up-to-date and ideally hold current Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder)
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
