Office Team Lead

As Office Team Lead you are responsible for a team of people that manages all processes required to run an office space that provides our various teams (a total of 250 people) with an outstanding environment to do their job. You are responsible for managing contractors, suppliers and all different processes that are required to make the company run smoothly. As our team members and business partners are international, in the near future you will also be responsible for managing different smaller offices globally from Hamburg remotely with local representatives.

Tasks
- Managing 2-5 colleagues who are responsible for organizing all office processes like:

- Ordering goods and hardware for employees
- Refilling food, fruits and beverages
- Managing cleaning companies and other external partners
- Organizing events such as Kickoffs, Team lunches etc.
- Taking care of gym facilities
- Welcome people to the office
- Leading people of your respective team:

- Feedback, goal setting and optimization
- Create a nice team vibe
- Being involved in hiring
- Implementing processes that are related to a smooth and efficient running office with 250 people
- Managing suppliers and contractors
- Managing offices globally (remote from Hamburg) with the Headquarters of the Group in Hamburg
- Organizing events for our ventures or teams with support, implementing software tools to improve facility and office management
- Taking care of inventory (hardware) management
- Managing stakeholders like architects for interior and construction companies

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing a team of at least few people
- Background in event, office, hotel or gastro management
- Process driven, interested in details, ability to handle multiple tasks parallel
- Talking to external partners like service companies (construction companies, housekeeping & cleaning companies) but also internal stakeholders like our companies’ Managing Directors
- You are driven to make a change in the company and can adapt quickly to changing tasks
- Fluent in German & English
- This position requires to work 100% on-site
