What you will do:

• You'll be the driving force behind a best-in-class workplace, ensuring every operational detail is flawless. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead and Develop the Team:
  Manage, mentor, and inspire the Hamburg-based Office Management Team, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive, high-performing spirit.

• Run a Modern Office:
  Oversee all daily office operations and processes to guarantee a smooth, efficient, and inspiring environment for our 400+ people.

• Be Hands-On:
  Roll up your sleeves and actively support the team with daily tasks, demonstrating a true hands-on mentality.

• Manage Key Partnerships:
  Coordinate and manage all suppliers, service providers, and contractors (e.g., cleaning, facility partners, catering) to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Drive Process Excellence:
  Identify, own, and execute process optimization and scalability initiatives as applike group continues its hyper-growth in Hamburg and globally.

• Execute Memorable Events:
  Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events, including Summer and Winter Parties, quarterly teambuilding, and team lunches, ensuring they are fun and engaging.

• Global Support:
  Potentially support the establishment and setup of new office locations around the globe as we expand.

Who you are:

• You are an experienced leader with a proven track record of creating outstanding workplace environments.

• Experienced Leader:
  You have acquired proven leadership skills running a modern office in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, international environment (experience in the hotel, event, or gastronomy industry is highly relevant).

• Organizational Mastermind:
  You are highly well-organized and process-driven, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

• Creative Problem Solver:
  You possess a solution-oriented, smart, and creative attitude, taking ownership of challenges and "making things happen." You thrive on constant change and are both pragmatic and cost-aware.

• Communication Pro:
  You have strong, professional communication skills for effectively engaging with internal stakeholders (including Managing Directors) and external partners.

• Language Fluency:
  You are fluent in both German and English - written and spoken.

• On-site Commitment:
  This role is 100% on-site at our Hamburg headquarters to ensure effective leadership and hands-on management. But no worries, our office is already amazing :)
