**What we do**:
Humans are already the main entry vector for successful cyber attacks today. Due to the new AI advancements, employees are facing a new wave of highly sophisticated social engineering attacks. Evidence shows that they are not prepared for this new type of AI attacks.

We are pioneering a new category in cyber education with the vision of establishing a new global standard for human cyber defense.

**Your role**:
In order to build outstanding companies with the help of a distinguished team, state-of-the-art technology, we seek exceptional entrepreneurial minds that have the ambition to make an impact. As a founders associate, you will be working side by side with two founders who previously worked at Celonis. You will have the chance of joining the team full-time as one of the first hires. If that resonates with you, here is what your role at Merantix includes:

- Serve as a liaison between the founders and various stakeholders inside and outside (e.g. board members and investors), ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
- Support executives in maximizing their efficiency by preparing key meetings, including board meetings and strategy offsites
- Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and other strategic documents
- Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities

**Your profile**:
We define ourselves by a culture of ownership and cooperation. We are looking for driven, capable, visionary, and prudent talents with proven track records of personal, academic, and professional achievement.
- You have an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, MA/MSc/MBA is a plus;
- You have gained professional experience in an impactful entrepreneurial environment, at a leading technology company, or in management consultancy/ venture capital;
- You have superb communication (verbal and written English; German would be a plus) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams;
- You have a demonstrated interest in technology and the cyber security
- You have strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize appropriately and effectively;
- You are available to work with us for a minimum of 6 months at a time.
