**Job Description** Be our next Hero - Join the world’s leading local delivery platform.**

We are looking for a **Travel Management Associate (all genders) **to join the Travel Management Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**This position is part time (30 hours per week), and temporary (6 month contract).**

**Your Mission**:

- ** Assist the Travel Management team in their day to day work by providing first-class support, including full administrative task ownership.**
- ** Provide customer service support to our business travelers through the ticketing system, and in other communication channels where required.**
- ** Understand and enforce our Business Travel policy within the context of business travel booking and expense management.**
- ** Be the back-up for travel bookings and trip administration.**
- ** Work towards improving operations in order to facilitate the team's daily activities.**
- ** Work on ad-hoc tasks and projects, and provide additional support where required.**

**Your Heroic Skills**:

- ** Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an assistant, administrative, or customer service role, or other role where organizational skills, working independently and proactivity are critical.**
- ** Extremely quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running from day one.**
- ** First-class written communication skills in English. German is a plus.**
- ** Customer focused, solution-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities.**
- ** Natural relationship builder with impeccable stakeholder management skills.**
- ** Highly professional individual, driven, resourceful, detail oriented and happy to work in a fast paced, dynamic office where you have to think outside the box and provide an exceptional level of service.**
- ** Experience in corporate travel or travel management at provider level is advantageous.**
