We are looking for a Senior Travel Management Specialist (all genders) to join the Travel Management Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your Mission:
- Shape Delivery Hero’s travel program, including deployment of our digital platforms.- Manage standardization, harmonization and streamlining of processes to reduce costs and to make use of competitive advantages in the area of travel-approvals, booking, on-trip services, payment, reimbursement for mobile-, online-, and offline processes.- Implement new products and supplier/service providers, setting up respective interfaces and ensuring agreed service levels.- Vendor Management (steering and development).- Travel policy creation, management of all needed activities, implementation and maintenance of the policy.- Spend management, performance controlling, and reporting requirements to identify trends, gaps and opportunities (cost savings, policy compliance, etc.).- Communicate operational requirements (security, tax, airline, hotel etc.) to important partners, and create training materials around travel policy, processes and use of the booking platform.- Be one of the key points of contact and be able to support regarding all travel related matters within the company- Partner management with interfaces and contact persons for travel in Delivery Hero entities.- Be on top of trends and compliance in corporate travel.

Your Heroic Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (or similar studies) or professional training as a travel agent, and 5-10 years of work experience, minimum 5 of which were spent in Travel Management.- Experience managing complex projects with multiple partners and timelines.- Experience of service delivery processes in business travel, policy creation and maintenance, best practices and new trends.- Knowledge of and experience working with different travel & expense solutions..- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with a customer service mindset.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a strong plus).- Work experience at a global corporation or in a Travel Management Service provider is advantageous.- Experience in corporate travel credit card management is desirable.
