**How you will create an impact**:
- You will lead a motivated and engaged team of interdisciplinary project managers that manage and control dedicated programs within the COO’s and CEO’s strategic project agenda.
- Supporting the CEOs and COO you will facilitate the prioritization of programs and projects that are part of the strategic agenda.
- You will be the Single Point of Contact Person for new program, project or initiative requests that go beyond a single function within Simon Kucher.
- As Team Lead Corporate PMO, you qualify new requests by understanding the business needs and evaluating the initiative by a set of KPIs and other criteria, e.g., ROI, legal requirements, risk, and business impact.
- You will establish and ensure coherent Project management standards across all initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for setting up and providing implementation and impact tracking of all relevant initiatives and growth investment.
- You will ascertain assignment of the necessary resources (budget, people, external support etc.) to the programs and projects, supported by dedicated project managers and in alignment with the COO and the executing groups (Business, Central Functions, external parties).
- You will be responsible for the progress of existing programs and projects in cooperation with dedicated project managers and the executing groups.
- Understanding the companies DNA and being well-connected with interest groups, stakeholders, and actors across the company is an important part of your role.
- In your position, you will report directly to the COO, coordinating regularly with Division Heads, Sector Heads, Service Line Heads, CXOs, and the Legal Counsel to manage project progress, resource assignment, prioritization, escalations, etc.
**About you**:
- Your professional journey boasts a minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles in international environments, ideally in a consulting organization.
- You are experienced in multi-project management of cross-organizational projects interfacing with multinational teams and stakeholders.

- You are a strong analytical and strategic thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- You can demonstrate relevant certifications (e.g., PMI/PMP PMO certification).
- You combine a holistic and systematic approach with the ability to focus on building sustainable solutions rather than focusing on single issues.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
