We are looking for a **Team Assistant, GRC & PMO (all genders)** to join the **Governance, Risk & Compliance and Project Management team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- You will assist the GRC & PMO/PMI team on administrative matters (calendar and travel management, expense reports etc.), various ongoing projects, and the day-to-day business operations.
- You will support the Head of GRC & PMO team in coordination and prioritization of appointments or travel arrangements.
- You are responsible for a professional onboarding process for new employees.
- You are responsible for the organisation and execution of internal meetings and team events.
- Through your first-class communication skills with external partners, auditors and other service providers, you enable a good relationship.

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Assistant or a comparable field of activity, preferably with an international background in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent communication skills in English and a solid working knowledge of German ensuring that tact, discretion and diplomacy are at the forefront of your interactions.
- You have solid presentation skills including preparing powerpoint presentations for management and different key stakeholders.
- You are customer-focused, solution-oriented, discreet and resilient with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Your characteristics show good organisation skills, forward-thinking attitude, self-confidence, hands-on mentality and a high level of commitment.
- You work in a structured, effective and solution-oriented way.
