As the PMO Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving and leading high-priority cross-departmental projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will collaborate closely with various teams, utilizing your strong leadership and project management skills to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and achieve strategic business objectives.

- ** Quality Assurance**:Implement and enforce project management best practices to maintain high-quality project deliverables.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed on project progress and managing expectations.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Define and track key performance indicators to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, focusing on enhancing project management processes and methodologies.
- ** Reporting**:Generate and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting project milestones, risks, and accomplishments.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading high-priority cross-departmental projects within the technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful project completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering projects within established timelines and budgets.
- Fluent in Data/Excel/ Google Suite
- English fluency required
