**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
Partner Tech provides the best experience and tools to our propositions and partners to ease their operations, empower them and increase their profit pool and efficiency to serve our customers. We build solutions that support our partners using the different partnership models (Wholesale, Partner Program and Connected Retail).
As a Team Lead of Program Managers in Partner Tech, you will lead a team of 7 Software Program Managers in a PMO with two parallel teams, and work closely with a number of individual contributors and another Team Lead reporting to the Head of PMO. Your contributions will range from people management to managing a project portfolio for one of the sub-areas of Partner Tech.

**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:
- You’ll lead a team of (Software) Program Managers, dedicated to delivering great things for our partners.
- You’ll manage a project portfolio in support of one of the Partner Tech domains, with direct connection to strategic decisions being made for all of Partner Tech and for the embetterment of the company.
- You’ll work closely with both your colleagues in Partner Tech, as well as our stakeholders across Zalando to help solve problems that matter.
**WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:
- You have several years of experience of leading a team of project managers.
- You have an excellent understanding, and experience of working with partners, third parties and partner-facing teams.
- You come prepared with personal experience and proven methodologies in project portfolio management, with having led a project portfolio.
- You have the experience, and potentially professional training, to showcase your talents in project
- and program management (e.g. Prince2, PMP)
- You own the right attitude for both hands-on and leadership work, where delegation and guidance is the key
- You have obtained relevant academic background, such as a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as technology.
